  1. Fair use Caznus
    reserves the right to prevent persons from shopping at the Caznus online shop in case of a high number of returns. In addition, we reserve the right to deactivate a customer account in case of suspected fraud.
  1. Right of withdrawal - You have the right to withdraw from the agreement entered into without giving reasons.

Returning:

  • If you're not perfectly satisfied or want to change color or size, you may request a return for your item(s) within 14 days. You will then have a further 14 days following your request to return unsuitable items.
  • The period is calculated from the day you received the item.
  • If the last day for exercising the right of withdrawal falls on a public holiday, a Saturday, Sunday, Constitution Day, 24 December or 31 December, the deadline expires on the following working day.
  • The withdrawal period is met if you send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

How do you withdraw from the contract?

  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Caznus Aps that: Info@caznus.com, your decision to withdraw from this agreement in an unequivocal statement.
  • If we receive your goods returned without notification from you about the exercise of your right of withdrawal, we will consider the return of the goods as an exercise of the right to cancel the purchase.
  • If the product is not returned in unused condition - and without breaking labels, hangtag or other loose items on the product, we reserve the right to oppose a full refund. Each case will be treated as a complaint case, and the refund depends on the creation of the product.

Refunds:

  • If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs if you have chosen a form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.
  • In case of partial return of goods, we will not refund delivery costs.
  • You cannot get a refund for an item you have purchased at a reduced price, at the full or normal price of the item.
  • You return the goods to Caznus without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you have informed us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal. The return will be considered timely if the item has been submitted for postal delivery or any other type of shipping service responsible for shipping the item to Caznus before the expiration of the 14 days. As proof of timely return of the item, a receipt for delivery to GLS or similar is presented for shipment.
  • Goods are returned to Caznus at the following address: Caznus Aps, Vestermarken 3F, Port 3, Mesing. DK-8660 Skanderborg, Denmark.
  • You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
  • Some of our items are provided with a special mark. Tags, Labels, Price and product hangtags do not prevent you from trying the product, but if the label is removed or the item is otherwise damaged, we point out that you may not be able to exercise your full right of withdrawal.

Specially prepared goods

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are manufactured to your specifications or have a clear personal touch.
  1. Notification in case of incorrect goods
    Caznus gives a right of complaint for 24 (UK 72 ) months on all goods according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right of complaint means that you can complain about defects and defects in the item that have occurred within 24 (UK 72) months after purchase. You must complain within a reasonable time after such error or defect is or should have been discovered. We will refund shipping costs according to GLS tariffs that you may have in connection with returning the item when the complaint is justified.

You complain by sending the return form (appended to the return reason code) as well as the erroneous item to us at this address:

If you no longer have a return slip and the return label, you can contact our customer service and have a new one sent to you. We might charge you a fee for the extra service.

Remember that normal use and wear or abuse etc. of the product is not included in the warranty, and that this will reduce or cancel any compensation.

  1. Appeals

If you disagree with our handling of your complaint, you have the opportunity to contact Nævnenes Hus, The Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus.

Please note that certain conditions must be met before the Consumer Complaints Mediation Team can process your complaint.

It is also possible to complain about purchases made online through the EUROPEAN PLATFORM FOR ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION.

  1. Liability
    Caznus is not responsible for delays or non-performance of agreements due to force majeure. As long as a force majeure situation exists, Caznus is exempt from fulfilling its obligations.

Caznus liability for all claims is limited to an amount equal to the price of the item you have purchased.

Caznus assumes product liability towards you in accordance with applicable law.

  1. Gift cards

Discount codes or other types of discounts cannot be used for the purchase of gift cards.
