Shipping and return process:

Delivery and Ordering:

When you place your order with us and use our "standard" courier, you can order in Denmark where you would like to pick up your packages whenever you want. If you live in Norway or Sweden, most deliveries will be made to your own (stated) address, so ensure that you are at home to receive the package. For delivery to Germany and the UK, all delivery takes place to your address you have provided as the delivery address.

A little advice: If you are not at home to receive the package, you may want to use your address at your job or wherever you want to be or ask us to wait until you are back home to send the package. Therefore, please add a text in your delivery requests and we will do everything to help you receive the package as you wish.

If you want to use one of our "exclusive couriers" - there may be a surcharge on your package. Therefore, you must informe us which courier you wish to use in your message and order details.

Unless otherwise stated, the usual delivery time from the placement of the order is as follows:

  1. Standard courier: GLS - Denmark, Norway and EU: 2-5 working days
  2. Exclusive courier: DHL Express - Denmark, EU, Norway and UK - 1-2 working days
Usually, the delivery time happens quite quickly, but our estimated delivery time are just to make sure you won't be disappointed.

We do not deliver directly from warehouse, unless otherwise agreed.

All payments are subject to verification and approval by both the card issuer/payment provider and us for security reasons and to avoid fraud. We reserve the right to refuse certain payment methods and/or refer to alternative payment methods as appropriate.

Please note that some banks impose a foreign fee on transactions in our online shop, as we have a Danish bank account. This fee is charged by the bank and Caznus cannot refund it. For more information, please contact your bank.

Caznus is not obliged to deliver goods that are out of stock.

Caznus is not liable for delays or non-performance due to force majeure. If a force majeure situation exists, Caznus is exempt from fulfilling its obligations.

Customs and VAT:

Caznus ApS is responsible for Customs Clearing and VAT. You as a customer do not need to worry about extra costs for customs or VAT - all are included our prices!

Return of purchased and unused products:

We hope you are delighted with your order. If you're not perfectly satisfied or want to change color or size, you may request a return for your item(s) within 14 days. You will then have a further 14 days following your request to return unsuitable items However, you are required to return from the same address to which you received the package, and that the quality and packaging of the product meet our return requirements. Please, follow our instruction added inside to your package. We keep our right to charge you for damaged goods and if you return goods without any purchase

You received a link in your mail box - when you received your shipment confirmation. There you find a link for ordering a return. Please follow this link. In case you cannot find the link please write directly to return@caznus.dk

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In case you do return the purchased item with damages of the product - include smell of Parfume, stains of makeup or not as delivered we might deduct full return of your payment. The deduction will match our costs to remake or fix our product. Before sending a CLAIM you always need our approval to return your item.

To start a return follow the attached information and shipment label add to your purchase. In case you lose your return label you can contact us at return@caznus.dk. Be aware in special cases we might charge you for additionel shipping label. All returns much be made by our selected courier. We do not allow you use a 3rd. party courier - and will in such cases charge you for eventual loses. We might charge you a fee for some type of returns - like claims not aligned to our claim policy - fee is depending of your country location. Please check actual fees when you apply for returning our product. Changing color or size or convert your purchase (by returning your purchase) to a gift card - we always provide free returns from UK/EU.
