Refund policy

We hope you are delighted with your order. If you're not perfectly satisfied or want to change color or size, you may request a return for your item(s) within 14 days. You will then have a further 14 days following your request to return unsuitable items. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In case you do return the purchased item with damages of the product - include smell of Parfume, stains of makeup or not as delivered we might deduct full return of your payment. The deduction will match our costs to remake or fix our product.

Please fill in the "Return letter" we have added in your shipment and inform us the reason you are returning the product.

To start a return follow the attached information and shipment label add to your purchase. In case you lose your return label you can contact us at return@caznus.dk. Be aware we might charge you for additionel shipping label. All returns much be made by our selected courier. We do not allow you use a 3rd. party courier - and will in such cases charge you for eventual loses.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We might need and can evaluate the issue and make it right before returning. Before returning any damaged products - damaged at arrival to you - we must accept the damage via email before returning the product to us. Please send your claim to us where you describe the order, packaging and damages, eventual via photo documentation together with at text. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

All products returned must be un-used and free of damage. All hangtag, price labels, labels must be returned unbroken and as a the new product you recieved, otherwise we will not accept the returning of the products and we will keep the right to claim full payment of the product.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union, Norway and UK - 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
